Little technology and lots of cleanliness are the rule here in the cellar. We view our cellars as the place where we transform and maintain that which Nature has given us. " wine-cellar-Romanticism" is not to be found here, rather clear-cut lines in the form of stainless steel tanks for our white wines. For the aging of our red wines we additionally use wooden barrique barrels.

The cellar is also the place where time may not play a role. Most wines simply require just enough time to ripen into exactly what they are.
