Preserving the flavors and composition of this harvested crop in bringing this to our cellars is our most important goal and is the guarantee for creating varietally-typical wine with excellent fruit and singular character.

As a consequence of this desire to maintain the fruit quality as long as is possible, we are now bottling our liter-bottle and Kabinett-level wines using screw-caps, thus furthering our commitment to this philosophy.
